A: Please contact our team with the specific item requirements. We will provide a PI for the sample and shipping cost; products are delivered once payment is received.
Q: Is OEM service available for the products and packaging?
A: Yes, OEM and ODM services are welcome. We can apply your logo to the faucet and customize the packaging according to your requirements.
Q: What is the expected battery life for the sensor operation?
A: The faucet is powered by 4 AA alkaline batteries which, under normal usage, can last for approximately 2 years. A red LED indicator will flash when the battery is low.
Q: Can we mix different models in a single container?
A: Yes, you can mix models. We suggest no more than 4 different models for a 20GP container and 8 models for a 40HQ to ensure efficient loading.
Q: What kind of warranty do you provide?
A: We offer a 3 to 5-year warranty depending on the specific model. During this period, we are responsible for maintenance regarding any quality-related issues under normal usage.
