We typically require a 30% deposit, with the remaining 70% paid before shipment. We accept T/T, L/C, Cash, Paypal, and Western Union.

Yes, please contact us with the specific model you need. We will provide a Proforma Invoice (PI), and the sample will be delivered after payment is received.
Do you offer OEM or custom logo services?
Absolutely. We offer full OEM services, including printing your logo on the faucet and customizing the packaging to your requirements.
What is the warranty period for this product?
We offer a 3-year warranty. During this period, any breakdown caused by product quality issues under normal usage will be handled by our free maintenance service.
How long do the batteries typically last?
The system is powered by 4 AA alkaline batteries, which generally last for approximately 2 years based on standard daily usage.
Is it possible to mix different models in one container?
Yes, we allow mixing. We suggest no more than 4 different models for a 20GP container and 8 models for a 40HQ container to ensure efficient loading.
