How many years is your faucet guaranteed?
We provide 3-5 years quality assurance for brass faucets or shower sets. If any defects are caused by us, replacement parts will be sent in the next order.

Yes, our factory can laser print a customer's logo on products with the customer's written permission and authorization letter.
What is your factory's production capacity?
We have a complete production line including casting, machining, polishing, and assembly. We can produce up to 60,000 products per month.
How long is your production time?
It depends on the quantity. Usually, it takes 30 to 35 days. For standard normal orders, it can be as quick as 3-7 days.
Can you accept small orders?
